A new chapter opening in the REI program at UR

As the longest-standing in vitro fertilization (IVF) center in Upstate New York with Strong Fertility Center’s first IVF livebirth in 1983, the Division of Reproductive Infertility and Endocrinology (REI) is proud to announce a new first: our first REI fellow will start in July 2022!

Dr. Adam Evans

After receiving initial accreditation from the ACGME in September 2021 to train two REI fellows every three years, Dr. Adam Evans accepted our first fellowship position. Dr. Evans received his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and will complete his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Rochester. He chose our fellowship training program after interviewing with many of the top REI fellowship programs in the country.

"In addition to world-class research and training, it is the involved mentorship and overall warm collegiality imbued throughout the program that makes it so special."
